I was assured there would be no monthly recurring charges for safe and found trackers that were in promotion at the time. 2 months later when I realized there was a $2.50 a month device installment payment and a $5 per month service payment I wanted to return them. I hadn't even taken a device out of the box yet. I was told that all I could do was contact corporate because it was past 30 days and there was nothing they could do.nnSave yourself the hassle and go to a corporate store instead of a 3rd party retail store.

Worst customer service I’ve encountered in my life. Was lied to by the manager about certain services and fees. When I went back to the store to explain my concerns the manager was instantly rude and she didn’t want to assist me at all. I asked for her manager and was told she could not give me any contact information for him. No business card, no email, no work phone number. I asked when he would be in the store next so I could schedule an appointment to speak with him. She said he comes and stops by the store randomly and that there was no way for me to personally contact him. According to the staff there is no one to speak with regarding any concerns outside of the store manager of that location which is unheard of. I called sprint and corporate sorted out and refunded me the charges the manager had refused and lied about. I filed a full complaint on that location and gave all the information I had on my receipt including the store address and managers full name. They said it would be escalated and investigated. I will never step foot in that location again as long as that current managerial staff is there. It was the worst experience I’ve had not just with a cellular store but with any retail transaction I’ve ever had.

When I went to the store the assistant manager was super friendly and welcomed me the moment I walked in the store. She explained to me all the promotions they had going on and how much my monthly bill would along with how much I would be saving transferring over. She provided me with excellent customer service and I will be looking forward to coming back to this location in the future!
