I went there Monday to fix my phone. There used to be three,four people working, but there was only one employee working and the phones were not on display neither. I guess because of COVID-19.nHowever, the guy's name Juan who was working alone, he handled the customers very well, and he spent a lot of time to fix my phone even though he was busy.nI was satisfied his service and thanked him.

I came in after having one of the worst days of my life, Pedro spent the time to not only make sure i was fully connected again but went the extra mile to help my Apple account located and anther hour plus unlocking the account so that i could connect with my family again. His staff guiding me to the right phone with the perfect price that fits my budget.nnI have sent many members of my parish to this store and family, all with great stores about Jess, and Pedro especially!

I came in to upgrade my phone .The employee that serve me kept my phone to transfer the data en made me leave and wait in my car. 2 hours later i received an email someone got my account on line with my email and cel pin and ordered and added 3 iphones lines in to my account. I had to change my atm cards and all.The employee charged me $194 to pay off my previous phone and for the upgrade but never put in the system that I pay off my phone and the $ disappeared thank God I had my receipt. The fraud department was able to stop the fraudulent order but they didn't do anything else. Employeeis still there. Avoid going here not trustworthy

We had a great experience this weekend when we went to switch providers. I was very nervous of the process, but Pedro was really knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and got us into the best plan. Nick was also very friendly and helpful when it came to getting the phones up and running. They really took the time to explain it all, and we can't recommend them enough!
