Marlin was perfect! My phones home button was broken and making an extremely annoying noise. Right when I gave him my phone he knew exactly what was wrong with it. He repeated the price and the scenarios of what could happen multiple times so we knew exactly what we were paying and why. Beyond happy with the service and VERY TRUSTWORTHY!!!

Very reasonable prices! They fixed my laptop screen that had been dropped and the screen cracked and popped out some. It looks as good as new and the touch screen works again! Couldn't be happier! And it was for half the price that the big box store tech team wanted to charge.

I was in need of a new battery for my i-phone 6s and called here. I spoke with Marlon to see if they stocked batteries for it.nBesides telling me yes, he also stated to me the cost and how long it would take to replace it.nI ended up taking it in and he did the job and it was completed to perfection at exactly at the time he estimated he would be done.nMarlon is a wealth of knowledge and a good guy.nWhen I arrived, he went into the battery area (in the phone) to show me the Maximum Capacity (which I had already looked at) was at 70%.nI took off for a while to let him do his thing and not be in the way. There are plenty of places to go on Queen Street, so that was not an issue. There were no issues...nOnce I returned, he showed me the battery Maximum Capacity was at 100%. I then proceeded to give me some tips on battery care and maintenance.nI ended up having him replace my screen protector and the case while I was there.nMy phone seems to be working well - so far so good!nIf you need work done on your cell phone, I would recommend coming here...nUpdate (10/10/2020);nI had a problem with the loud speaker in my phone and brought it back in. Marlon was nice enough to take a look and he went over his work and nothing was found. I believe it was because it was the first time the new battery was down on it's charge, but can't be sure.nI was honest (always recommended when having items serviced by the pros) and I told him I had dropped it and thought that maybe I disturbed a connection. I further explained that I really didn't believe it was related to anything he had done - which is true.nAnyway, once I recharged it, the speaker was restored to it's normalcy. If the problem persisted, I would have brought it back in and had his lead technician look at it.nNow that the battery charge has gone through a few complete charge and discharge cycles, it certainly appears the charge is lasting longer.n#GreatPlacenThanks Marlon!

Courteous poor service. Ordered an S10e screen protector a week ago. They went to install a couple days later, couldn't do it. Ordered another. Four days later, put on another one and it was completely unusable. Couldn't type, swipe or scroll. They wouldn't do a full refund. Offered $10. A full week later, no screen protector and out $15. Won't be going back anytime soon.
