I was welcomed immediately upon entering the Verizon store. My request for a replacement phone was handled with upmost care and knowledge of products. The staff member I worked with was professional and respectful of my needs, and never trying to oversell anything to me. I left very happy and felt assured that if I needed anything at all in the future, I could just stop by anytime.
We went to Verizon to switch from Sprint because Sprint who merged with TMobile told us they couldn't help us and we were Sprint customers for years. They told us we had to go to the mall cuz their store TMobile had nothing for Sprint customers. Verizon was a very good idea . The sales person Michael was very helpful and the atmosphere was comfy and relaxing even tho there were tech glitches with activating our new phones. We are new to Verizon and so far we are liking it's services and what it offers us and definitely happy with our buy 1 get 1 free phones. Very good experience.
Taylor was great! She greeted us as soon as we arrived and helped us right away. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes! Great experience all around.
Best Verizon experience I ever had. Ben M. was super thorough, helpful and wanted to actually save us money. Highly recommended.
