I have been a loyal customer to T-Mobil for 3 years now. With any concern I have had in the past, the customer service was spectacular and always helped me out with any questions I have had. They take any problems or concerns you have into consideration and try their best to help you to be comfortable with whatever plan that works best for you. I haven’t had any issues dealing with my data, which is fast with the browser opening up almost instantly. T-Mobil also has great offers that are affordable and has good coverage. Overall, t-Mobil is the best for price and customer service. I appreciate the length they went for me to be able to have a phone plan that was affordable for me in such short notice.

I just switched to TMobil. Purchased SIMs online and attempted to activate online. Turns out, you need to either call or go to a store to port your number after you activate service. Well, after being on hold for 34 minutes I drove to the store and was helped by Jamaris. She was awesome! Took care of everything quickly and I was out the door. I was STILL on hold with TMobil support when I got into the store!
