I when today morning and we when inside store we ask for specific cram and sugar .... but both caffe don’t have sugar!!!! So I did call store noon I ask for manager I told her about we stop first time in her store and we drive far way for back just sugar... I told her talk to you employees if customer ask for exactly sugar is for reason,,, she was like “ok” everything I said she was like “ok” she not even said sorry I am piss

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich I repeated it twice in the drive-through and this is the third time that they’ve only put bacon and cheese on my sandwich causing me to be late for work and the hassle of waiting in a long line they’re not good at listening at the drive-through not to mention they have more people working there then a whole division in the army you practically have to write it down on paper which I attempted to do Then I just asked for my money back and cancel the order after being late for work I will not be coming back here again

I had a large order I needed for my daughters birthday party. The manager there ( I'm sorry I didnt get her name) was VERY helpful getting me everything I needed. Best DD in town.
