The food is delicious and healthy. They have a new flatbread pizza which is amazing.
The customer service I recieved today far and beyond exceeded any reasonable expectation anyone can have, it was tremendous. I felt sorry to be bringing my feedback to the attention of the worker and they took care of it in spades, over and above. Thank you again.
Not closed but 30 minutes till close put that they were closed so a robot voice told you they were closed... I sat there assuming it was a mistake because it was clear they were open when a worker is smoking outside the drive thru. Very professional to get smoke in your window while driving by. Then an attitude over the drive thru speaker from the worker. Don’t waste your money go to a different location.
Pretty quick service at the drive-thru and excellent social distancing.
Complained to Panera corporate. My ice coffee was burnt. The lady at the window forgot my straw. Had to drive all the way around to wait in the drive through lane. Pull up and speak to them at the order kiosk. The lady had the nerve to say I can either come inside to get it or wait in line!! Lousy service.
