Definitely not following Covid-19 requirements. Nor proper sanitation procedures. I could go on … I recommend another location.
I've been going to this Dunkin for a few years now and the service here is very dicey. It's one thing to just get my order wrong but it's a complete disaster when you repeat my order and still get it wrong.
Ordered ahead using the app, still took 15 minutes for 1 drink to be completed.
8 people working behind the counter, garbage cans overflowing, all tables and floors filthy, was not buisy yet still uncalled for wait on sandwiches to be made. At least the employees were having fun standing around laughing and joking.
Worse location ever. Drive thru will block road when full. Every time I order it's been wrong. Staff is Slow, on their phones alot.
