Great service. Very honest and caring.
Mark did a great job for me. I bought a new Alvarez - an acoustical he recommended over a Fender or Yamaha since I am newly returned to the instrument after a 30 year hiatus. I'm completely please with the sale and the straight forward business approach. No back and forth bartering. The owner, Mark, took exceptional care in fixing my grandfather's guitar. He could see how much the guitar meant to me and handled it accordingly.
