The store is OK I guess. Few things I did not like was a lady following and staring at my husband cause she thought maybe he was gonna rob or something. It's not our fault we have to wear this masks ud83dude44ud83dude44ud83dude44. And also the shoe aisles are pretty disorganized. They have to step up a little bit more in the organization of clothes too. Restrooms were pretty good, they were clean.

Plenty of parking available. Store was clean, well-organized, and had full shelves and racks with plenty of sizes to choose from. Registers only open on one side of the store which made for a longer line, however, the line moved very quickly. Covid-19 safety measures in place. My only complaint is that the fitting rooms are still closed.

Today I was at the Rocky Hill Kohl's & was helped by Gabby. She was funny, personable, helpful, friendly as well as knowing everything about Kohls. She helped me place an order. Please be good to her as she should be a valued employee. Very satisfied shopping today thanks to Gabby!

I actually had to go there today for an amazon return...they greeted me at the door and told me exactly where I needed to go before I even asked! Amazing service and great clean store...over all very satisfied :)

Store is usually great full of friendly workers to be exact I was in electronics on Black Friday and a hardworking, friendly man named Mike helped me out and made sure to help me with any questions I had. Hopefully Mike is there next time to help my shopping experience.
