Mountain Hot Tub, you guys rock! From giving us 'hot tub 101' to trying to keep the old tub running to delivering our new spa tub! Daniel Bowers is amazing! He is great at explaining everything and answering every question! He made installation look easy. We love our new spa tub. Thank you Mountain Hot Tub and a special thank you to Daniel Boyers!

We had a 20 year old hot tub that was working just fine back in June when we stopped using it for the Summer . Decided to invest in a new cover and had to have the guys move half turn for the new cover to work. Right after that we got it ready to fill and had all of a sudden a leak in our heater, they got us a used heater right away I notice the green light blinking. I knew that was not right but they said it was fine so the next day I called down to the shop to say something was wrong. Then it took Another week to come over just to look at it and decided this time it needed a sensor . This took another week to get that and still no heat so Eric came over said the heater had shorted out that they would try to get us another used heater because again this tub is 20 years old but was still working fine. I called them a couple times and yes we have another heater in Bozeman ok wenWill call you in a couple days to try to get over to your house No call ever !!!!! and it got cold outside no heat in the hot tub and all of a sudden we have a leak .So we call the manager and he sends Eric over with a new heater at that point which we didn’t even know they had over there and I am like what is that going to do if we have a leak now so just take it away . So yeah they have good service if you buy something new but you better not ever ask them to come fix something because they make things worse . So we now have a broken down hot tub with a new cover.New hot tub in our future but not from them.they never answer their phone either Bad service in our experience!!

I purchased my hot tub a few years ago, and the service department has been fabulous. I reported a leak, and in 48 hours Zach was at my house fixing it. He was fast, courteous, went over a few issues with me and made sure everything was up and running. Service after the sale is a huge deal to me, and this group gets it. Five Stars.

The young man who installed our new cover today was a true peofessional....very personable and did an awesome job. Although we didn't catch his name, he deserves a raise.
