I just had to call to find out why my mother's marker has not been installed. It is 11 months since she died and I paid for the marker. I was told that it had come in the wrong size the first time they ordered it and had come broken the second time. All this and 11 months later no marker and no call or info from them about this? This is customer service at it's absolute worst. It certainly only took a minute for my check to be cashed!! I did get an apology which was woefully inadequate in my opinion.
