BJ tire service is the absolute worst you never can get them on the phone it doesn't matter if you call first thing in the morning, midday or in the evening why advertise yourself as a tire service department if you're not working or answering the phone? Don't waste your time or your money and buy ties from BJs go to a reputable place that you can get service for your tires?
I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday party. When my husband went to pick up the cake, he was told that there isn't any order for the kind of cake that I ordered. I tried to call and talk to a manager about the problem but no one was answering the phone. A friend recommended bjs bakery to me. And clearly, their service is horrible. Now i would never recommend bjs bakery to anyone that needs a cake. Now i have to go somewhere else and get a cake because her birthday party already started without a cake!
Bathrooms were disgusting in the west Hartford bjs store!! Especially during the covid pandemic they should be keeping it clean!! I love shopping at bjs, please clean the bathrooms!!!
BJ's is a very good store we need more Wholesale Clubs in this world.
Went to get a few things the other day. They stop you coming into the store to spray the handle of your carriage and the tops all the way around. Very attentive to our safety. Like this bjs very much.
