My Lord, the freshest, tastiest food in the shabbiest-looking place! But you can’t beat a delicious authentic Banh mi at $6 with generous portion that fills you up just right. The bread is super crunchy, and inside you have the freshest cucumber, pickled veggies, herbs, a variety of tasty Vietnamese deli meat (and lemongrass grilled beef if you order the special), patê, and creamy aioli that ties everything together nicely. Highly recommend the Roasted pork& Viet ham Banh Mi. Desserts are very authentic as well. I hope that the store owner will renovate the place, because the store is stuffy and full of old-style decorations. A small sign for dessert name and price would really help.
Was not expecting this at all. Delicious. Super friendly. Fast. Accommodating. Kind. Totally worth a stop.
