Customer service here is really nice. They listen, and if they can help you out they will. The only thing I can say is, the corporate part is where it’s terrible. This company raises prices as if there 1000 other stores are going out of business. Nice staff, just not that good of a company
We will use this facility a few times a year for temp storage. There was a manager change but all managers are helpful and courteous. We usually deal with Shaun and he is always very helpful and knows his stuff.
The staff were responsive and made everything very easy
My husband has a unit in this location and we can't complaint about the unit at all. But the customer services is really bad. They don't explain how they supposed to. This location should trained their employee how to say the terms correctly. What they doing is saying something wrong fooling the customers and then hide on the back of the paper that the people sign already. The worst thing is that then he comes with attitude explain and saying if we want the credit or not. SMH I had 2 incidents with the same person.
Great customer service, and Mckynlee the manager there is always helpful and patient!
