Bill has been tuning our piano for about 3 years. We are very happy with his service and recommends the appropriate frequency of the tunings (which in our case dropped from 3x/year to 2x/year). He is flexible with appointments and always courteous. I've recommended Bill to friends.
I have a Yamaha C3 and have been using Bill for several years. He does excellent work in both tuning and repair. He performed a regulation back in 2014 and I was very satisfied with how it came out. His rates are reasonable and he doesn't rush through the job which is one thing I like.
