Cancelled my order before I got there. Was told they had to reissue gift cards which were going to be mailed to me, and I would have to pay again. They agreed to refund the gift cards when they came in, but of course when they arrived the Supervisor gives me a hard time about doing it. Got told they won't do, before even asking what was going on.nnThey did do it eventually, but it shouldn't be such a hassle and Supervisors should be more willing to help, instead of turning you away without trying to resolve an issue.
Most times I shop there I always have people asking if I need help finding something. Workers have helped educate me on products and have helped me pack things into my car. They have a good return policy which is nice since I always buy more than I need
Great service. I bought my Christmas tree from here and it was the cheapest around and very full. They wrapped the tree and provided rope for free to make sure it doesn’t fly away on the drive home.

Called to see if they had something in stock that the cromwell store said they did, guy that picked up said he would verify. 20 minutes later a different associate picked up and I explained what I was looking for with a item number and said nope all out if stock . I spend a lot of money at lowes and never went to home depot but now I will make home depot my new store! Poor customer service
