Went into La-Z-Boy last weekend when it was super packed and Sarah was able to help us between 5 other customers. Her service was great and we plan on coming back this weekend to purchase. She was right at the door when we walked in and treated my elderly mother and I with utmost respect. Thanks Sarah! You’re an excellent hard worker!
The showroom was laid out very nicely and easy to find everything we were looking for. It is well appointed and obviously has a decorator's touch.nOur sales professional Chelsea was extremely helpful and courteous.nShe was also very knowledgeable of all the furniture we were interested in and very efficient in finding additional information for us including those itemsnwith a short leas time.nWe definitely recommend visiting there and working with Chelsea.
Tasteful selection. Not cheap but reasonable value and good quality. Outstanding sales staff, very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. We visited several competitors but went back to La-z-boy to make our purchases.
Very easy transaction and very please with the team that helped me. I knew what I wanted when I walked in but wanted to see it in person. Sean was helping another customer and it took him a while to get to me but ended up being fine. Really appreciated the smoothness of the transaction and can’t wait to get my two loveseats!
Our visit to La-Z-Boy was excellent. The staff were very cordial, let us browse as long as we needed, especially to select the right fabric for our new chairs. We would return again as the need arises.
