Amazing people there!! Made me feel very welcome and feel at home. Highly recommend you to go there and visit, even if you’r just going to browse their amazing selection’s. One in particular, the manager of the store Kevin, very helpful and friendly. All the staff of the store are amazing! Five stars!
Don Douglas (Newington Store) is the friendliest and most knowledgeable salesperson I've worked with in a very long time. Very personable, no pressure. I went to a big store competitor that sold me a refrigerator that they did not have. I cancelled that order and went to PC Richards & Son. I told Don what I was looking for and the dimensions I had to work with and he did the research and made great suggestions. The fridge looks great and it was the right price. I'll be looking for Don very soon when its time to upgrade my big screen TV !!
I was able to get a quick response with a wonderful customer service representative. Her name is Evy. We had a good chat about the products and she gave me advise as to which one will be more suitable for my apt. She was very pleasant. I would definitely go to this location again...
Got some great deals on a TV and a sound bar at this PC Richard; thanks to Eve. Eve was very helpful, kind and showed great patience. She walked me through the different TV selections which really made my decision that much easier. Will definitely come again!
