We stopped in after checking out a few others stores looking for a remnant for a staircase. Scott was the most helpful person we came across in any store. He let us look first and then answered all the questions we had. He helped us find the best carpet for the job and explained the pluses and minuses of each style. Great prices, fantastic service. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
TERRIBLE. They were asked to recarpet 2 rooms and a hallway. Allowing access to those rooms and the rest room. I wake up to a man coming into my room with wood, and an “oh sorry.” NEVER book with these people. So inconsiderate and think your house is theirs when they’re working in it.
Family owned, Scott McBride is very knowledgeable and honest. The workers do a great job with installations and they even made me a binded runner with the leftover carpets. The prices are fair and they won't point you immediately to the most expensive carpet. 5 stars for sure, best choice on the Berlin Turnpike.
McBride carpet is a family owned store. They have a very wide selection of flooring and are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Their installers to exceptional work. I would highly recommend them.
