This was the second kitchen we had done with Viking. Nicole was excellent and worked with us on fitting what we wanted within our budget. She was on top of everything and available whenever we had questions. Great cabinets, great service! We are very happy with our cabinets and countertop!
Besides the white guy in the front office ,attempting to talk to me with his window rolled up on his car. He also sent me in the wrong direction. Those two incidents where quite strange. Everything went smooth with the unloading process! Good working men back there.
Great quality cabinets. One star for the service I am receiving. I had cabinets delivered 4/30 but Viking cabinets called beforehand saying that they had to back order two cabinets because they were missing. The two cabinets were supposed to come by 5/8. As i'm writing this on 5/28 I still have not received these two cabinets. Got a call this week that they were coming today but when I called today they informed me that the cabinets will now likely come next Thursday 6/4 because of an issue with the delivery truck. No one informed me of this until I called. I understand we are going through a tough period due to COVID but this service has been frustrating.
Viking Kitchens has a huge warehouse of stone. So much to select from. From their warm welcome, to knowledgeable and professional staff, working with Viking Kitchens was an easy choice. Shout out to Cindy who is truly good at listening and delivering exactly what you want!
I just had a Viking kitchen installed. It is breathtaking. The quality of the cabinets is excellent. I need to personally thank Dave and Dylan Planeta for their customer service. They went beyond professional and helpful. Their time and patience helped us design the kitchen of our dreams. Our installers were the best you could ask for. I give Viking Cabinets a 5 star rating in every way.
