New to t-mobil and have been to the store a few times, fantastic team and everyone there is friendly.

The experience was not unpleasant

Customer for a few years and was always happy with service, until recently. Must have had a turn over of employees because I paid my bill in person every month but when I went in last week didn't recognize anyone.I purchased a new phone with screen protector, case, etc. .The staff member didn't put the screen protector on correctly and 4 days later it began to slip off causing it to crack in the corner.Returned to the store looking for a solution. Woman working refused to help,trying to blame the problem on me.Told me couldn't do anything without the insurance,which I had with my old phone and should have been transferred to the new one. I feel it should not fall into the insurance since it's the store's fault and it happened within a reasonable amount of time.Very upset with T-Mobil for not doing right by me especially when a lot of money was spent.I will be contacting their headquarters and filing a complaint.Just to let you know, be very careful and double check everything.nREVISED REVIEWnNext day I went back to the store and spoke with the manager. Heather couldn't have been any nicer or any more helpful. Problem was resolved with a new screen protector and insurance is on both phones! A very frustrating experience turned into an absolute pleasant experience to settle. Heather is a pleasure to do business with and the sales person who sold the phones is also friendly and accomodating.Customer service was excellent! Happy,once again, to be a T Mobile customer....Give both 5 stars and highly recommend.
