So my aunt needed a new phone this morning and doesn’t drive, so we went to Verizon and met Savannah. Savannah is so helpful and went over all the different options that we had for phones and what she feels would be best for my aunt. And never once did she try and push a certain phone, she went over all the phones and took as much time as needed to get to know my aunt and her needs. I highly recommend Savannah and this store. She is friendly and beautiful and so helpful in every way.
Savannah helped me get a new phone last week and she was professional and quick and knowledgeable. And understanding that I’m not good with technology.nnI came back today just to thank her. If you end up going to this Verizon Savannah is the girl with amazing eyes behind that mask. Will be telling all my friends about this store.
Anthony was so kind and patient with this elderly person and as well my wife! Took the time to explain different features and repeated them several times so my wife could understand. He was VERY customer friendly.. never raised his voice or showed impatience. 5+ stars!!
I had a great experience here! Savannah was sweet, timely and professional! I went to order the Apple Watch 6 and she had me in and out of the store in MINUTES. Highly recommend this location.
