If I could give less than one star I would. Absolutely terrible place, money hungry, liars, frauds. They need new staff. The supposed owner Paul is a conniving crook. I suggest to not go here.. go to any other metro store. Trust me!
I have had excellent customer service at this location. Staff is professional- they acknowledge the customer right away.nUnlike the store on Main St, I didn't hear any cussing, personal discussions, or have a trash can with a mouth helping me.
Customer service is horrible and their concern is how much money they’re getting from you. This location wanted to charge me $219 to add two new lines meanwhile a different location was able to give me everything for $153!!! Metropcs downtown location is the BEST!!!
I bought a telephone just 29 days and is not working. I went there and they said to me that can't be anything. Just that my phone isn't good and by another one good.
Charged me 400$ for a Stylo Case and screen protector. These people are rude and liars
