If I could do 0 stars I would have ud83dude14nMost unhelpful staff ever...shouldn't try to pretend you have technical knowledge you don't havenn...and information provided was inaccurate - both technical and sales.nThey said iPad gen 8 is on backorder until ATLEAST the first week on Dec. I came home and ordered it directly from Sprint...I'll have it in the mail today.

I was referred to this store by another location since they had the product I was looking for. Daequon (I hope I’m not misspelling it, if I am I apologize in advance) was super helpful and held down the product for me until I got there. The transaction went smoothly and I was not disappointed. Keep up the great work!!

Called the store and they told me they close at 5.30. Whereas at the store they fail to admit that one of the representatives is giving mis-leading information over the phone. Then comes the customer-service;Impressive. The Sales Rep was playing a game on his phone the whole time he was attending us. Definitely need to start giving respect & importance to your customers.

Glorified trap store without any physical inventory ever. Dont go here if you are a sprint customer you wont get any help just attitude.
