Stuffs are nice. Not a lot of them still have baskin robbins. Before pandemic hit, stuffs was like you can try all the flavors if you want. Nice spot to grab your morning coffee or just in the mood for ice cream.
If you want your order messed up with no apologies, this is the place to go. I don't understand why people these days have such a difficult time following instructions/doing their job. The industry you chose should not dictate your level of competence. Re-train, re-hire, restart; the franchise is obviously successful but I do not understand how when they have stores that operate at this level of incompetence. Zero starts if possible.
Unfortunately I had to give one star in order to leave a comment but I will give a 0 star because your workers stood there at the door wiping the table making eye contact with me and two other customers which was 20 minutes prior to the closing time and ignored us but had the doors locked your open until a certain time then your workers should be working until then! I worked at dunkin years ago and the owner where I worked would NEVER allow that to happen! Shame on your workers and their horrible customer service I even called the stores phone number and took a picture of the open sign being on and have the time stamp as well after standing there knocking with the other two customers!
