Terrible drive thru experience! Sat in the drive thru pick-up window waiting for 10 minutes, employees ignored me completely. My drink was already made and waiting, but they were too busy talking drama together to hand it to me AFTER I already paid. Drink was also made wrong. The employee didn't even apologize for the wait.

I ordered an egg, sausage and cheese sandwich and there was paper in my sandwich. Unacceptable.
The people at the counter have to wait several minutes for a cup of coffee. I know there is a policy for the people at the drive thru having their order accomplished in two minutes. I don't like standing 10 minutes watching 5 cars get served. McDonalds is another option.
