I had to wait 17 mns on 1 cup of coffee, not acceptable, not professional, I was late for work and my coffee wasn't that hot, why is this happening at 5:40am. I was first in their followed by several other customers, Donkin Donuts is losing it,
I just got out of my dr. Appointment really hungry. Came to this dd and order 2 croissants with no egg and one plane bagel with butter. They gave me the croissants with butter only and the bagel was completely burn black and hard. I went inside and told them and they gave me the nastiest attitude ud83dude12. It was their fault and they have to treat me like that in front of everyone. Even my mom stay with her burn bagel not been able to eat cause of the way they treat it us. She was disappointed and scare.
The CSR man at window Sunday afternoon 8/2/2020nWas extremely pleasant and had my coffee ud83dudcaf.
I order from the app on the go, and they ALWAYS never have my food ready. I have to ask them for it and I usually get an attitude when I ask.
It's convenient to where I live but can be hit or miss with service in regards to wait times. Food and beverage are always good.
