WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! I have literally never written a review for any store or restaurant but this place is disgusting. Not only are they rude when they greet they literally ALWAYS get my order. And don't even think about gonna nag back to have them fix the order because then they cuss you out. I'm still in disbeliefud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21

Went there on 9/18 @ 6:34am. The drive thru person was miserable. I told her I wanted to pay for the car behind me and she said shes on a timer. I felt so bad, I wanted to do something nice. She also said she was alone! Not my problem! Awful, awful service

We had a bad experience with yadira (the manager) yelling at us through the drive-thru speaker. I think the staff need a manager who better represents Dunkin Dunut. I do not recommend that you visit this placeud83dudc4e

The coffee is DISGUSTING. We know people who are employed here and tell us that they NEVER have cleaned the coffee pots and machines. Even during the Covid-19 thing. The DD Corp has been allowing this to happen because they have been made aware of the problem and they are not doing anything to protect their customers.

Horrible customer service waited at the speaker for over 5 min. Coffee was absolutely disgusting. She rushed me to order . “Anything else “ the whole order. Received a chocolate milk that was open after I received it. Do you job correct . Working the field of fast food . This isn’t the first time I received this experience at this location. And I’m not one to complain but this visit was ridiculous. Think the whole staff needs an attitude adjustment.
