The store is located on 548 Cedar St.nNewington, CT. 06111nnI go and place an order as I’ve been doing for the pass 7 1/2 yrs now where I’ve never had any issues with my orders except some minor mistakes in the order, but now it’s come to the point where the staff becomes upset with the customers and even confrontational when customer addresses a mistake in the order.nnThings I Personally noticed and encountered:nn1. Lack of attention to detail (customer’s order)n2. Politeness (lack there of)n3. Professionalism (lack there of)n4. Lack of keeping the surrounding of the store clean. Trash piled up in the trash receptaclesn5. Inappropriate engagement with the customer (becoming rude and confrontational)n6. Refuse to provide name of person handing the order instead provide some Random Name Or Nicknamen7. Does not take ownership to the mistakes with the ordersn8. Lies having certain items when indeed there’s plenty of it as you drive off. One can see the inventory in plain view)n9. The focus is more on quantity than quality of servicen10. Major turn around in staffn11. Customer service goals are inconsistentnnThis business needs to provide better Training to the staff they hire. Not quantity, but quality.

Do not go there. This location is the worst. The customer service is extremely unfriendly, when they make a mistakes don't expect them to fix it. The employees don't care about the customers or the quality of the product they serve. Last time, I complained about the wait and the quality of my coffee, I was told to go somewhere else. Which I did, and will do so starting today, and so will the rest of my family. There's Starbucks down the street, and the customer service there is exceptional. The coffee always tastes delicious, and they are always willing to fix any mistakes, adress any complaints with a smile. I will never go back to this location. The employees need to be train to be more professional.
