Verizon Authorized Retailer - Wireless Zone

When I walked in to the Verizon store in Marlborough I was at the point where I was ready to end my decades’ long relationship with Verizon. I had just had a long frustrating morning trying to get help both online and via phone from Verizon followed by the absolutely worst customer experience of my life at the Verizon Dealer ( Russell Cellular) in Mansfield. But all that changed when I met Eric in the Marlborough store! He provided exceptional service, was very informative, patient, friendly and knowledgeable! He explained every charge associated with my new phones and changes to my account and provided helpful tips that in all the years I’ve been a Verizon customer, no one ever bothered to share with me. Additionally, it was obvious that he cared about the overall customer experience as well as my satisfaction even after I walked out of the store. I should have gone there first and saved myself hours of aggravation! It’ll be the only place I go for my mobile needs going forward! Not only was Eric terrific but the other gentleman that was working there whose name I didn’t catch was also very nice and helpful in the few interactions I observed.nIt’s a shame that brands don’t realize that each person they choose to have working in their stores is a reflection of the brand itself and can make or break how a customer feels about the brand. I’m not exaggerating when I say that I’m still a Verizon customer tonight because I met Eric in the Marlborough store this afternoon!

My experience here at Verizon in Marlborough was wonderful. Mike helped us both times and he is friendly and kind and so helpful. The store is clean and bright and very welcoming. I will definitely come back. ud83dude0a

When I walked into the Marlborough verizon store I was immediately acknowledged by a representative even though they were both busy assisting other customers. I looked around the store while I was waiting. I could hear the care taken with the other customers and the knowledge shared. I just had a good feeling I was going to get good service and I did! I am not a tech person but Javier helped me through the process of a new phone with so much patience! He took the time to explain everything to me and said I could stop in any time if I had any questions. I never felt rushed or demeaned! During the process of changing phones he had a question to be verified, and asked his coworker, Blaise. I loved how they worked together so well and put the best interest of the customer first! They both made my experience so enjoyable and revived my confidence in the goodness and respectfulness of younger people today! Thank you Javier and Blaise! You both made my day a better one! Diane

So glad to find Eric at Verizon this morning. I needed a new phone and he found one that fit. He handled my transactions and answered my questions, all very professionally. In addition the store was very clean, offered hand sanitizer and even masks if someone forgot theirs. Overall a great shopping experience.

Mike did a great job helping with my phone. He closed an app on my phone that I couldn't do myself. Also ordered a new hum for me.nI would highly recommend this store.
