Always great
Went during a power outage. There were big lines so I understand a longer waiting time, and so we waited patiently. After more than 3 orders being completed for customers behind us in line, an employee asked us what we were waiting for; I handed her our receipt and she left to go make them. We watched her pour a cup of cold brew that had been sitting on the counter for about 15 minutes into my dads coffee when he didnt order cold brew. All the sizes were wrong and all the orders were made incorrectly, and to top it off, there were no labels on any of the drinks. Employees don't seem good under pressure and I would avoid going here if the line seems long.
Gets my order right every time love it it just has a little wait time tho
By far the slowest Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been too in my life. I work literally a half mile away and I have to go to a different Dunkin because the employees here are otherworldly slow, it’s almost impressive how below standard this is compared to other locations.
I'm not sure of the gentleman's name but he was working around 6:45 PM. My boyfriend and I ordered a large green tea and a medium iced coffee. Instead, we received a large green tea and a medium iced green tea with milk. We haven't had a poor experience before but we were very disappointed at the fact that this was served instead of what we had asked for.
