The staff was prompt. Before I moved my stuff into my unit the lady came out to make sure the unit was clean and swept out some leaves and whatnot. Very accommodating no problems at all.
Did an online rental back in July and was paying 32.50 a month. Now just 3 months later this month's bill arrives and the rental is up to 40.00 plus tax. Asked for an explanation and was told that my rate is based on supply and demand. The manager went on to tell me that I was still getting a great deal. Not going to move out but caution everyone to read the small print on a contract with this company. Over 20 percent increase in just a few months seems like a bit much.....not happy about this but it's just a reminder to read the contract. The manager was very polite but still not happy with the increase.

Having never used a storage unit before, I was so happy and relieved to see the things I stored in perfect condition when I was able to get back there after almost a year. I can now put my mind to rest! Thank you
The Manager Eric was really helpful, friendly and professional. He is very personable and took the time to explain the contract arrangement we had with Cubesmart clearly. I recommend using this storage unit facility. It was clean and easy to move our stuff in and out.
