Stopped inside thinking I would check the place out for holiday ideas. .nnCame across some really coolnCeramic lanterns in off white, gray, and black. The perfect gift for a friend who is into the Magnolia Style of decorating.nnThey come in different sizes and are / were located by the front door. A bit pricey but worth the splurge for a holiday gift as they were so unique.nnCovid compliance: One door for entry and exit. A person by the door keeping track of the number of people in the store. Hand sanitizer available at the door and recommended. Masks worn by patrons & staff. Plexiglass at the checkout.

We registered a Pottery Barn for our wedding registry, I do like many of the house hold items they offer compared to their competitors (Crate and Barrel for example). However, if asked, I wouldn't register here again.. just because of how challenging the return process is.... it's not uncommon, that a couple registers for items online and then when you see them in person you may want to return for something else. Pottery Barn does not make this an easy process - especially compared to C&B, and what seemed to bother me most, is that you cannot get your credit same day, you have to wait for them to snail mail you the amount of money of items you returned - which seemed very barbaric to me.

Poor customer service and no longer allowing for price adjustments if an item goes on sale after ordering but before it’s even delivered. PB continues to disappoint and cannot compete with other major online retailers that have flexible policies for shipping/returns/price adjustments. Come on PB, keep up with the times! Will not be shopping with them in the future.

Extremely poor customer service. I have been waiting for nightstands since July (order placed in May) and kept checking in with the store. They told me the furniture would come on a later date each time I spoke with them. I then called customer service and they said they had not heard from the store. My order was not processed but Pottery Barn neglected to contact me. No one from the store contacted me at any point during this process. I will not be shopping here again.
