Connecticut Mattress is the best mattress store in Connecticut! I visited the store in South Windsor and Tom Wholley greeted me and helped me to find the mattress set that I was looking for. Tom was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient with me and answered all of my questions that I had. He had the mattress set in stock and he was able to have it delivered to me in a few days which I was so grateful for! I will always come back to Connecticut Mattress the next time I am in need for another mattress! Great customer service!nThank you Tom!
We were greeted immediately upon entering the store. Tom was helpful and informative. Instead of trying to over sell us a product, he listened to our needs and introduced us to a mattress that is perfect for us. He was a very effective sales person, but he was also personable and easy to connect with.
Tom at Connecticut Mattress is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about every type of mattress. He was very patient, as well, while my wife and I took our time trying out mattresses. We think he is Simply the Best!! We found the perfect mattress that offers great support, while having a comfortable plush layer on top. The store is clean and spotless. Friendly, informative and very courteous. They took extra steps to ensure a clean and safe environment for shopping in person. Pricing was fair and competitive with other stores. We did shop around but came back here to buy our bed.
