Visited Saturday November 21st at 5:00 pm. Apple store employees are extremely polite and the store is absolutely beautiful and clean. However, the hired security outside were disgustingly rude and aggressive. They are cramming people 2 feet from each other in this pandemic outside in a line and yelling at people to “move closer”. We understand that it is a busy place but we really need to follow federal guidelines. Not an apple experience.

Super helpful staff. Had an issue with my MacBook and they were very accommodating in helping me use equipment in the store to diagnose the problem.

Worse experience I have even had at an Apple store, Ever! I was told to get to the store immediately as I was a walk in and I would be seen right away. I left work on my lunch break and rushed to the store to be told there was an hour and 1/2 wait to see a technician. The young lady at the door whom had large gauges in her ears, was extremely rude and not accommodating. I left and returned after work and waited for 2 hours watch staff members joke and play around, not tending to customers, to be told my facial recognition wasn’t working and that my Apple care could not be found. The technician was also rude! In addition, the door of the Apple store was being handled by customers and staff without gloves or sanitation until I mentioned it to the manager. Completely unsafe seeing that we are in a pandemic! Complete and utterly disgusted by the service.

Absolutely the BEST experience I have had with Apple. Had an issue with my camera, went in for my 5:10 appointment (was seen almost immediately), was able to speak with friendly staff, came back an hour later at 6:10 and they had replaced the camera and my problem is fixed! Staff were the kindest and most patient given the current circumstances with social distancing. Couldn't have had a better experience and will definitely return.
