I’ve purchased a few computers through Kaplan and my experience has always been very positive. Just recently I was having an issue with my laptop not holding a charge. They were so helpful in diagnosing the problem as well as ordering & installing a new battery. The service was super timely and everyone I dealt with was helpful & courteous. I highly recommend Kaplan!

I brought my Lenovo Legion to Kaplan to have my LCD screen replaced due to a crack. They ordered the required replacement part and notified me when the piece came in. I brought my laptop in and they replaced the part in 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable and in line with their initial quote. Excellent service at a fair price. Highly recommend.
