I’ve been doing business with this location now for the last 2 years. I continue to go back because the service is amazing. Staff is welcoming, patient, and competent. They make sure that you walk out of that store with all of your cell phone concerns/questions/needs addressed and met. The last few times I’ve been there I’ve worked with Louis Santana. He is a courteous young man always willing to help. I haven’t been disappointed yet. Thank you!!!! 5 stars and 2 thumbs up for me.
My experience here was amazing, this is THE spot to go! The customer service that these folks provide is truly incredible. I especially enjoyed working with the very talented sales associate Richard Failoo! He was very welcoming, friendly, patient and he really knew what he was doing. He solved every issue I had and went above and beyond to help me with my service!
I lost my phone and walked into TCC 15 minutes before closing on a Sunday. Louis was amazing! Despite it being closing time, he still took the time to go over the phone options I had and I walked out with a new phone. He made sure I knew he was working the next day if I had further questions or needed assistance. Customer service at its best. Thank you Louis and TCC!
