The sellers are very friendly but they don't know anything about Credit score and the services that they provide. I asked me my SSN and told it is only for open an account and not affect in my credit score!! I asked 3 times why and is it for inquiry ??? they told NO! but unfortunately they did an inquiry. I am completely upset about it. Also they told me the expire date is not important for next 2 years that was completely wrong and the discount of Premium service is valid only by 4/12/20 that was in quote. They are not reliable when they lie or do not know what they do!!! I never switch or use this carrier even if to be Free!!!
