The most ghetto-way to answer a phone call. My husband called to ask a question and the call got cut off, we called again two minutes after and we got a “HELLO” with the worst attitude we’ve ever received. I would love to have that woman go through what we did with her attitude. We will never called this place again. Luckily we called a local store in Hartford and the lady was so friendly and polite, the entire opposite to this one from the mall. Once again, never again

If I could give a 0 I would but it isn’t an option. My first experience was great the sales associates were super nice and helpful. I came in a second time today the store manager is super rude and un professional. I think the store owner should evaluate who he hires as higher management closer and give more thorough training on what customer service truly is.

Last month I went to that store to purchase an iPhone 8. They had just come out at other stores. I was told by the sales representative that they did not have any of the 8’s and was strongly encouraged to buy the 7 Plus since she had no idea when the iPhone 8’s would arrive. I brought the iPhone 7 Plus for $769.00. I went back 6 Days later and the price dropped by $100 . I asked for the $100 difference and was told that I could not be refunded. I asked to speak to the Store Manager who lives in Rhode Island. I left my number for him to call me. He did not call me. Shortly after that their store got the iPhone 8’s and it costs less than what I paid for the iPhone 7 Plus. That is so unfair to me, the customer. I do not recommend this MetroPCS location. Someone please ask the store manager to contact P. Williams to either give me the $100.00 difference or give me the iPhone 8 for the same price. I have gone there several times in the last couple of weeks and no one has been accommodating. Poor Customer Service especially by the RI store manager who knows that I have been trying to speak to him and will not assist me in this matter‼ufe0f
