As others have stated, store manager is incredibly rude. I will never come back here and I will tell everyone I know of my terrible experience at this store in the Buckland Hills mall in Manchester, CT.
I have had many good and fun experiences at this GameStop, the staff has always been so nice, personable, and game knowledgeable. This is my favorite gamestop location I have been to and go all the time!
I am PreOrdering the PS5 next month and I want to know is if you PreOrder it, can you PreOrder the PS5 with the GTA 6 Bundle and get it the day before it releases?
Good customer service, but the store doesn't have the widest selection of games. I recommend going to the Gamestop in the Buckland Hills plaza for more games and stuff. Overall though, not a bad place to get a game.
