My husband has been wanting a new TV for the bedroom, so I decided to surprise him. I came in after checking out a few other places in the area. He wanted something simple, but with crystal clear picture and clear audio. A lovely gentleman showed me different TVs, and gave me knowledgeable information about each of them.nnI was debating between two final selections, and he explained the specs a bit more in depth. My husband ended up loving the tv. It was just what he wanted (and more)! Thank you to the lovely staff for their patience and great service.

My wife and I only went in to look and price an upcoming kitchen/laundry remodel. We were greeted by Bill and he was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable in helping us find the best product for what we were looking for. Not only did we have a great experience but we got a great price. We came to PC Richard 5 years ago and we are happy we came back after we moved.
Jabari is the best and most informative employee I think I've ever dealt with. He was super knowledgeable and knew how to get me what I needed, when I needed it. Someone should give this guy a raise. He even said he was new! No way. Young guy but knowledgeable as all hell. Thank you and ill be returning thanks to him!!
