My experience was excellent, I walked in wasn't bothered like I normally am when I walk into a store I mean and rude around trying to find it on my own for what I was looking for. And when I had had enough I met up with a nice gentleman and I asked him a question and he did his best to help me and brought me to the person who help me complete my purchase. I have always had a decent experience at the store in Manchester Connecticut. A very friendly staff.
I come here every now and then to do some basic electronic shopping. Unfortunately some of their product are very marked up, HDMI cables for instance can cost upwards to 50$ for a few feet, when you can get basic ones like that for a fifth of the price on online retailers.nnBesides the poor employee & a select manager, the store is okay to shop at. They provide almost no-questions asked refunds when within their refund time which is fair and nice.

I been having a lot of issue with this store. The time that I had been there some of the staff are rude and sometime feel discriminate. I found only 3 staff member that have been helpful, pleasant and very courteous.
Had my stereo installed and it came out great just like before. It did take more time then they told me but as long as it’s done right that’s all I care about. Only thing is your without your car and I have 2 hours to spare and can only walk around so much and look at the same stuff for so many times.
