We just went to the metro PCS on center street in Manchester my husband's phone is broken he had for one year. She don't know how to fix it very bad customer service. Very rude to both of us. She told us to get the hell out.
Okay a phone store is a phone store but the guys who work at this one make it a special place to shop. They're very knowledgeable and friendly with the customers and will work with you regardless of what your situation is. They were kind enough to give me a loaner phone when mine was stolen. The store is visible from the street and there's minimal parking
I love the customer service I get when I go in I go in just to see Richard I used to pay my bill online but now I go in person just because how great he is as soon I walk in he knows my name and the store is always clean and the staff is very knowledgeable, I don’t know how much their paying that man but they should double it!!
