My mother & I visited this location a few days ago and we both have nothing but good things to say about our experience. I wanted to transfer my cellphone number over to Metro from Verizon & also get a new phone. Gregory was very knowledgeable & efficient, taking care of exactly what I needed without any issues. He was also very kind & personable which are rare traits to find in customer service these days. I am a bartender, so I am no stranger to the world of customer service. I can't even tell you the number of times I have gone out to grab drinks with friends after work and received tedious, forgettable service from zombies who sleepwalked through the bare minimum. So, let me just say it was truly a pleasant surprise to encounter someone who genuinely enjoyed talking to & helping people.nThank you again for everything!

I worked with Maysa and she was able to figure out was what was wrong with my phone. I call Samsung and they were unable to do so.

I've been on the metro for almost 1 month and 3 weeks ago my cell phone broke and I couldn't buy another one because every time I go to the store the employee doesn't have a mask and he doesn't put it on to talk to customers, disgusting, I I regret changing my company.

What a great experience. Damion was knowledgeable and very intelligent. He helped me fix an issue that I have been having for over a week. Other locations I went to were clueless. He stayed and helped me resolve an issue even though he was closing soon on a Friday night. He showed me some amazing phones I now really want when I am able to upgrade in a few days. He heard what I wanted in a phone and found The Perfect One. I will only go see him from now on. PROPS TO Damion!??

Full disclosure I work here. My coworkers are great and the owners have worked to develop a great work culture. Everyone here is self motivated and goes far and beyond for customers, including the owners!
