I went in just now to get help unlocking my device. Big girl there said I have to call customer care. I tried so many times it was not working. A T-Mobile store being there they should at least try to assist me. There was no one at the store. And the employees were just on their phone doing nothing. Trash service. And also the store smells like fart.
Allen and David were very helpful with helping me set up my new phone service highly recommended going to this store for new service... great promotions going on right now! I got a $1000.00 phone for free
The salespeople here are super friendly we worked with Blaine and he was just a great and knowledgeable salesperson. Helped us pick out new phones and the plan that was the best deal for us as a family. Thank you T-mobile for having such a great person on staff!
