Prices are a bargain. But Sears could not process our $25 gift card because the system was out for 3 days. Staff did not know this until coming back after trying to activate card. We paid cash. All sales are final. Staff member told us to come back another day. The only reason we came was to use the gift card before they go out of business. Cashier was very nice. But experience kinda indicates why Sears is going out of business. Have had bad experiences of different nature when we bought a refrigerator that delivered way past promise date. Many call with people who had no clue. I hope the good employees find new jobs.
Great store. Helpful staff. Awesome products. I always find something here. I Love coming here! You never know what you will find. I’m often asked where I got something and people are surprised when I say Sears. Don’t be reluctant folks, check them out!!!
They are still open and there are some fabulous deals to be had. Just bought 3 nice dress shirts for $10 each
Store very clean. Social Distancing practiced. Staff helpful and friendly.
Awesome store, great prices, amazing history, everything for the entire family and your home. I wish they had a stronger online presence so that shoppers remember to shop with them. I mean, come on the quality, selection and really good pricing is amazing.
