Love this Ben $ Jerry’snnI love their Ice cream and the crew is amazing all the time. They help you explain the Ice creams and they’re so nice and Amiable.

The ice cream flavors and menu is more or less same standard fare as other Ben & Jerry's.nGreat location - nice family spot. They have chairs and tables in the area outside and a nice turf for kids to play. Staff is friendly, store is clean. Customers follow social distancing guidelines accurately. Highly recommended.

They overcharged my card and tried to give me a tiny ice cream lid to carry 4 bowls on and said that's all they could do. They told me their manager quit 2 months ago and it shows. Like I've never had people look at me and admit they are completley useless. I just dont understand why it's open if nobody's running the show those poor girls couldnt even run the register. I could see how this sounds dramatic but it was really that bad of an experience I used to go here all the time but they really let rona ruin the place.

To the owner. A great learning opportunity for the young man running the store this evening around 7:00pm. If a customer is standing in line, and then asks both young ladies for a gift card, and each asks the young man for help but leave the customer waiting, and waiting, while the young man talks on the phone twice and does other things, poor customer service, especially when the customer is purchasing a $200 gift card. I can't imagine that happens too often. Put the phone down and properly address customers - I should have left without the $200 purchase. In this economic climate, one has to sell a lot of scoops, or simply ring up a $200 purchase. Do better for future customers, one never knows who is in line and what they represent as far as easy sales.

Rather disappointed that the only coffee offerings were from Keurig cups. Given its Winter, warm drinks should be a priority.
