BJ's Wholesale Club

Curbside pickup is a nightmare in this club. I had to wait for 40 mins outside my car to get items delivered. This did not happen once but twice. No one reached out even after providing feedback. Better to look for other wholesale club than to be a member of this club.

I really loved shopping here at BJ's Warehouse Club of Manchester, CT with my family always. I'm an long time customer of BJ's since grand opening in October 2007.nnAt BJ's, we have an awesome selection of groceries, housewares, clothes, books and other selections right here. Its kind like very similar to Costco and Sam's Club (ours located at Pavilion Drive was closed down couple of years ago)nnBesides with the selections, we have lots of departments to choose from including bakery, meat/butcher, deli, fruit, electronics, and other parts of departments everywhere at BJ's Warehouse Club.nnI have been to this location lots of times and this place is much closer from my hometown (10 minutes away from Vernon) and always very convenience. The parking lot is not always busy because of an much better spot with cars and other vehicles which is very quick. Staff is very nice, knowledgeable and responsible whose rights for an new membership and buying groceries here. Interior looks very huge as well.nnP.S. Yesterday, I went shopping here with my grandmother and we bought lots of awesome goodies especially with groceries and we spent more than $285. What an awesome trip ever. Also, we got an brand new membership card at BJ's Warehouse Club (Customer Service) as well. I'm planning and I'm definitely going back there to this location with my family in the future very soon.

Just wanted to leave a review in regards to the AT&T rep who was located inside of Bjs, Manchester CT. I was approached by a lovely young lady named Jamie Riley, and she talked me into switching over to AT&T from T-mobile. All the incentives she told me about, really did happen without any issues, and she even kept in touch to make sure the transition went smooth. Talk about great customer service, plus she saved me money and I have a new phone I don't have to embarrassed about! I've read some nasty reviews online about others being scammed inside of Bjs, and wanted to reassure that if you run into Jamie, it's the real deal.

Pathetic Curb side pick up at Manchester BJ’s location.This happened to me third time.nI was waiting for 1 hr 30 mins. The delivery status changed to completed without delivery. So rude customer service.nPls be careful while receiving the items. If you don’t get down and count the delivery items.They will bill you the missing items.

Line to long at the gas station, in the store as well. Never have what you want, have a coupon to purchase it but by the time it comes in the coupon expires. They changed the coupon policy to NOT benefit anyone but the company. Stopped carrying things you always purchased. Changed the store around and takes forever to find where they moved it. Unbelievable how ridiculous this store has become. Staff is RUDE AND UNHELPFUL.
