I can't appreciate this location enough. On the way to a vacation we had a trailer issue. Called, they said come on in we will help, and see what we can do. We were able to get a new trailer plug, and we installed. The crew there was so accommodating with the tool needs, assistance when needed, and even went as to offer us water cause it was hot. While our repair work took some time, they were constantly checking to see what we might need, and how we were doing!nGreat customer service!!!!!! A BIG thank you to Kevin, and O'Neil! Please appreciate them for going above and beyond!
Have worked with this branch multiple times for moving and it was always smooth. Reached here at 715 most recently for some propane refill and these guys were fast and courteous. Overall a fantastic experience. Branch is clean. It does get busy here though.

Worst service!!!!!!!!nMy husband made an appointment @10am to installed a hatche on our truck, they say it will literary take 1hr to installed. My husband called them 2hrs later and they say it wasn’t ready, @1:30pm a representative called and say that we will have to pay for 2hrs of service( they sudor told my husband that on reservation)they say one in and we talk it out here. (We got there @2pm and they told us it wasn’t ready, after a 20min drive from my house) they say in 1hr it should be done. We stood near the area and around3:45 we drove by and saw our car parked outside. We decided to pulled over and called to ask if it was ready and why haven’t they called us. Well guess what, they haven’t even started the installation on our vehicle and than told us it should be ready before closing “7pm” Is 7:10 right now, and the truck still ain’t ready, ask us to give them 1/2hr MORE!!!!!!!!!! We were supposed to picked up a delivery today and we literary wasted our entire day . DO NOT USED THERE SERVICES. TRUST ME. I WILL RATE THIS PLACE 0xx If posible . No communication.wasted of time and services
